Position Available: Senior Construction Manager
We are looking for an experienced, knowledgeable construction manager to fill the position of Senior Construction Manager, (SCM).
The SCM will perform duties associated with construction projects or construction portion of design/build projects, including scoping, estimating, proposal writing, budgeting, contract administration, bid-phase management, scheduling, WBS set-up, construction subcontractor management, and project team management. SCM will be involved with client meetings, project development and strategy. SCM will have P&L responsibility and authority for approving and implementing construction project budgets. SCM will report directly to COO and will be required to prepare and submit construction-related project documents, including safety plans, work plans, project and sub-project budgets, schedules, subcontracting plans, and project personnel plans.
SCM will be required to participate in company and project planning, recruiting, administration, and execution. On-site management and oversight of both project and field personnel will be required at times. Travel to construction sites, up to 50% of the time, will be required. OSHA 40-hour Hazwoper, Supervisor Training, and 8-Hour Refresher training required. Medical monitoring and surveillance will be conducted. Valid drivers license and good driving record required.
