Timothy J. Harrington

Mr. Harrington has more than 30 years experience in the engineering and construction field, where he specializes in environmental work, including sediment remediation, dredging, and marine work. Mr. Harrington's broad experience has included geotechnical engineering, solutions to contain and dewater sediment, managing complex projects with multi-disciplined design, regulatory construction issues, and designing confined disposal facilities, earthen embankments, landfill slopes, and surface water control systems. Mr. Harrington serves as Principal of Harrington Engineering & Construction. His current responsibilities include overall P/L responsibility for HE&C, as well as project-based engineering, management, administration, and quality assurance.
Mr. Harrington holds a Bachelor of Science and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering form Michigan State University.
