Mr. Blair has nearly 20 years of experience with a variety of engineering and construction projects including detailed design and design/build contracts. Specific experience includes design/build of water treatment, recycle, and wastewater treatment systems, remediation of hazardous waste sites, closures and expansions of existing solid and hazardous waste landfills and disposal areas, soil and groundwater remediation systems, storm water diversion, collection and treatment systems, and general facility expansion and civil site work. His responsibilities have included overall project management, preparation of detailed design and contract documents, construction management and administration, quality control and assurance, and oversight, inspection and documentation. Mr. Blair currently serves as President of Hard Hat Services, and is responsible for the overall company management, personnel, and client service.
Mr. Blair holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Iowa State University with an emphasis in Environmental Engineering and Hydraulics.
