Mr. Russell has over 27 years of experience including planning, designing, and constructing municipal and industrial wastewater treatment, power, solid waste, and environmental remediation systems. Mr. Russell is the author of a book on environmental systems planning, contributing author of two additional books, and author of numerous technical papers. Mr. Russell's wastewater treatment experience includes physical/chemical and biological treatment systems for industrial and smal municipal facilities. Mr. Russell's environmental remediation experience includes consrtuction management on large CERCLA projects, as well as smaller industrial remediation projects. Mr. Russell's landfill experience includes construction management of landfill gas-to-energy projects and capping projects.
Mr. Russell holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters Degree in Civil Engineering from Northwestern University.
