Mr. Prattke has over 20 years of experience with environmental issues at a variety of solid waste, industrial and voluntary action sites. His experience includes the application of proven management skills and technical training to address diverse engineering and environmental issues related to facility management, regulatory implementation, risk management, permitting and compliance. Mr. Prattke has been responsible for establishing and/or managing environmental programs for several major industrial parties to provide strategic development; budgeting and cost forecasting; scientific, technical, and regulatory issue resolution; community relations; cost recovery and insurance litigation; and agency and PRP negotiations in support of his management or clients.
Mr. Prattke holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry and Biology from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
