Mr. McDonough has nearly 20 years of progressive operations management experience and has successfully executed numerous industrial, municipal, chemical, and hazardous waste management projects, including private and public led CERCLA sites and infrastructure projects. Mr. McDonough is responsible for the day-to-day management of all construction related projects and ensures that his staff work diligently in preparing detailed scopes of work, procures the proper subcontrators, employees and equipment, integrates and implements an efficient and informative project cost and schedule control system, requires unparalleled safety compliance, and insists that the entire project staff communicate successfully.
Mr. McDonough holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Iowa with an emphasis on Finance and Marketing.
