Mr. Kouba brings over 28 years of experience in water and wastewater solutions to the Hard Hat team. Mr. Kouba also possesses extensive expertise in aerobic and anaerobic wastewater systems, biogas/biomass to energy, hazardous waste management, air pollution control design, and technology transfer engagements. Mr. Kouba has been involved in hundreds of engagements globally with Fortune 500 clients in the Food, Beverage, Textile, and Metals markets. Mr. Kouba has authored numerous studies and is a frequent presenter and lecturer at association meetings and university forums.
Mr. Kouba holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He has completed all course work for attainment of the Master of Science degree in the same discipline.
